Because Calm Learning products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong (a file will not download, it is corrupted, or you received the wrong item), email us at hello@calmlearningsystem.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right with a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund.

Duplicate or accidental purchases: contact us within 48 hours and we will help.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
